ASAP - Mile 33

A Shoe Adoption Project Update: Thank you to my good friends Joyce and Brent for their donations to this charity project. One hundred percent of their contributions will go directly towards buying new shoes for children in need. Earlier this month, I reached out to both lead case managers from Foothill Family Shelter in Upland and Inland Valley Hope Partners in Pomona. Both sites have new homeless families that just moved in. They will give me the ages and shoe sizes soon. I strive to deliver the shoes by the start of the academic year for these children, so that they can look fly and kick off the new year with confidence. More to follow.
