On a quite afternoon, I found a very pleasant note in my teachers mailbox.  Thank you, Hannah, for being such an awesome and bright student.  I remember Hannah working extra hard during Saturday review sessions. (From 6/5/2019)

AP Statistics Rap Video 2019

Thank you Amber, Ahlitney, and Kathryn for this production. Ahlitney told me about the video at the end of graduation, saying that it was in its final edits.  Amber sent me the link a week after graduation while I was in Kansas City.  This made my day. (June/Summer 2019)

Shihab took a bottle of Diet Coke from my fridge in January and has vowed to return it throughout the year.  It finally came on the last year of school.  Shihab misspelled "coat" for "Coke". If only the word is printed in large fonts on the product itself...

Thank You Sami

Congratulations to Sami for all of her achievements over the past four years.  I have enjoyed having her in my classes during three of her four years at Bonita (Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and AP Calculus).  Additionally, she is a stand-out athlete serving as a captain in varsity basketball and track.  Last year, she was a member of the state champion 4x400 team.  Thank you for all of the wonderful memories and best of luck in Oregon! Thank you, Michelle

It's been my pleasure having Michelle in my class. She was one of the best freshmen students three years ago and I was so happy that she was in my AP Calculus class in her senior year. Other students and I joked that Michelle is so adorable that it is annoying. I am so grateful for having wonderful students like Michelle over my years of teaching.  I do not take for granted the opportunities to teach these top students.  On some of my bad days, I remind myself of these fantastic students and my days get better.  (From 6/3/2019)
