Back to Long Runs


Continuing on my solo training session during this block of running.  This one was a struggle as I had to drop the last two miles that I intended to complete.  During the last 10-15 minutes, I felt the onset of cramps in my legs.  In retrospect, it was a wise decision to stop sooner rather than to push through needlessly.  From 2/15/2025
