A rainy New Years road 5K on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena.  So grateful for many friends cheering me on.  It was not my personal best, I will reflect on this run and continue to build on my training in order to grow as a person and as a runner.  From 1/1/2026

Year with LRC

I started attending Lombardy Yoga Club on Super Bowl Sunday in February 2025.  Shortly after LA Marathon, I began running with the group in March.  It's been a great season of consistent running.  Looking forward to another strong year in 2026.  Photo from Christmas Lights run 2025.
