Bonita Football/Cheer Senior Night 2023
Congratulations to our senior football players and cheer leaders. It was a joyful celebration for our students and their families. Bearcats won 27-18 in a competitive contest against Charter Oak. The team earned a place in the CIF playoffs with an overall 8-2 record for the season. From 10/26/2023.

Back to Trail Half Marathon Racing
It was a struggle, but I'm happy to finish without any injuries or pain. The first 10-12 miles felt fine, the last half hour of the race was a grind, I hit the wall for the first time in a long time. On to the next period of training and I'll see if I can increase my weekly and monthly mileage. From 10/22/2023
