This is an excellent book for math lovers. It speaks mainly on why the process of mathematics makes us humans. Many virtues that are built through the pursuit of mathematics are mentioned in the book. Some of these virtues include: creativity, persistence, curiosity, concentration, reflection, hope, and love. Push-ups, Squads, Curls - SDC Day 15 from March 24th to 28th. This is not much of a challenge. Too easy. I'm loving my Rep Fitness kettlebells from www.repfitness.com
Answers given by our host Mr. Eichen at the beginning of subsequent rounds. I missed this event while I was with my family. I heard that the students and faculty had a great time playing this online trivia game. Thank you Mr. Eichen and Ms. Picino. Be well Bearcats. I miss you all.
These heroes wear masks. We thank you and salute our custodial and maintenance/operations staff who are currently cleaning/disinfecting all BUSD facilities. They are the true heroes. Let’s plan to show them gratitude in a special way when we return. (From 3/17/2020)
This is a non-sanctioned exhibition event. I was just being silly and having some fun. A special thanks to Mr. Mullen for filming and his color commentary. Wash your hands and stay healthy. We thank to our custodial and maintenance/operations staff who are currently cleaning/disinfecting all BUSD facilities. They are the true heroes. Let’s plan to show them gratitude in a special way when we return. (From 3/17/2020)
After finishing some grading and lesson planning on a quiet Saturday morning, I walked to the baseball field to watch the first inning of the Bonita Baseball game against Summit High. Student Jake is recovering from a foot injury, the cast comes off the following week. (From 2/29/2020)
From Mrs. Brandler: "These Bearcats worked incredibly hard today volunteering at the LA Foodbank sorting and packing boxes for donations. Students from all 3 levels of my classes contributed and worked together as one team. They were able to sort and box 9,745 pounds of food that will provide over 7800 meals to those in need in LA County. They worked hard, didn’t complain, and had great attitudes. They represented Bonita well. Really proud of this group!" (From 2/20/20)
