Hiking w/ Bonita Alumni 2019

A few graduates from the class of 2019 contacted me and organized a hiking outing over winter break.  It was a beautiful day, we were joined by two seniors on the Claremont Loop Hiking Trail.  Sumi, Ahlitney, Thanh, Amber, Tracy, and Camille all did great over this five mile hike.  We chatted afterwards at Rubio's and Ding-Tea.  Happy holidays and continue to do well in your university course work.  (From 12/27/2019)

ASAP - Mile 102 (Make-a-Wish)

In collaboration with Carolyn and Ty, we are helping out another Make-a-Wish family this holiday season.  This pair of shoes (Saucony Grid Stratos Men's Size 8) goes to Miguel, a family in Coachella.  This family has Leilani, who is 4 years old and at birth was diagnosed with Hydranencephaly.  She is missing 80% of her brain matter and was given a terminal diagnosis at birth, however here she is 4 years later.  Thank you to Carolyn and Ty for leading charge to help others in need.  (From 12/16/2019).

ASAP - Mile 101 (Varsity Basketball)

We delivered a pair of basketball shoes for a student-athlete at my school on Monday morning.  She is in the foster program and a phenomenal athlete.  I hope this pair of shoes can accompany her through another season of varsity basketball.  She is a LeBron James fan and prefers to wear men's size 10.5 for a more comfortable fit.  Thank you to Mo, our student liaison for her help.  (From 12/16/2019)
