My first attempt at making Coconut Matcha Cloud. Mixed in a table spoon of matcha into a box of Kara coconut cream, a box of Kara coconut milk, and a touch of agave. The foam was served on top of ice and coconut water. Cathy and Marilyn approved. Served after a hot long run at the Lombardy Loops on August 7th, 2026. It coincided with a significant date for Marilyn.
