What was supposed to be a joyful Saturday trail run turned into a tense morning when we witnessed two women who were seriously injured due to rock slides. We stayed and helped the emergency responders and helicopters medical evacuation process. Ultimately we hope the two women will be fully recovered. The EMT members assured us that we did the right things and that helped ease our feelings. Thank you to everyone of the LRC group that facilitated the rescue process. From 3/28/2026
