I ran the solo 10K in a warm morning in La Canada near JPL. While I warmed up for a mile, after two miles into the race, I just didn't feel like I had a lot of energy. I ran okay and had a decent sprint in the last quarter mile, but I still felt some fatigue. It may be due to the lack of quality sleep this past week and my heavy lift session the day before. It was a fun event nonetheless. This series still has a trail 12K and a trail half marathon remaining. From 06/12/22
