This was a loving celebration of the wonderful life of a coach. My high school Coach Kemp Wells and his mom have made a tremendous impact on me as a teacher and as an athlete. I have only met Kemp's dad Coach Kenneth Wells a handful of times, but he always knew my name, shook my hand with the strongest grip, and spoke with to me as if I was an important close family friend.
