The Passion Paradox (Book Read January 2020)
This is one of my favorites, written by Bard Stulberg and Steve Magness.
- Proactively manage your passion
- Beware of the fit mind-set pitfall
- Select "interesting" over "perfect"
- Make incremental gains
- Focus on the process of the craft
- Mastery mind-set: Drive from within, Focus on the process, Be the best at getting better, Embrace acute failure for chronic gains, Patience, and Be here now
- There's no true balance, strive for self-awareness
I will try to read it again this summer.

Thank you Kaylee
Kaylee made me S'mores from her chemistry class. She said she would be sad if I didn't eat it during class. I ate it. It was delicious and I didn't die. She made three piece, Kylee and Kelly each had one. Kaylee and I split one piece. (From 1/10/2020)

It was one of the most exciting basketball games at Bonita. The team were neck and neck until the Bearcats pulled away from Colony HS in the fourth quarter. Great win. Go Bearcats! (From 1/10/2020).
