I had a good block of training in the past couple of months. Being fortunate to stay away from major injuries, maintaining 10+ miles of weekly long runs, and consistent strength training are some of the big contributing factors. I still need to sleep/eat/train better. On this day, I finished 2nd overall, 1st male, and felt pretty good through the entire 10K. I hope to continue to build on my abilities this summer.
