This was a proud long run in the new Ghost 17's from the Des and Kara's live podcast goody bag. I was able to complete a 3x2 mile at a faster effort in the middle of a long run. The pushes were also done on the uphill portions of the route. The HomeState tacos and StumpTown coffee afterwards were well earned. From 7/19/2025
